Dear KGELL COST Action members,
For those who will attend the 1st Management Committee (MC) Meeting of the KGELL COST Action in Warsaw on 20 April 2026, we propose that the meeting starts at 08:30 and ends at 16:00.

This schedule should allow participants who need to catch an afternoon flight to do so comfortably. The airport is approximately 25 minutes from the meeting venue by car (around 35–45 minutes by bus 188).
